MBRHE and Dubai Islamic Bank Forge Strategic Partnership for Enhanced Housing Finance

Dubai: Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) to enhance housing finance services for citizens in Dubai. This partnership aims to streamline financing procedures and contribute to the improvement of citizens' quality of life.

According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement focuses on improving operational efficiency and expediting service delivery through a secure and seamless electronic integration. This integration will facilitate the exchange of documents and financial transactions between MBRHE and DIB, thereby enhancing the experience for beneficiaries.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mohammed Al Shehhi, CEO of MBRHE, and Dr. Adnan Chilwan, Group Chief Executive Officer of DIB. The agreement marks a significant step in strengthening coordination between government entities and financial institutions, ensuring effective and reliable housing finance solutions for citizens.

Al Shehhi emphasized that the agreement is a milestone in developing Dubai's housing finance system. It aims to expand financing options for citizens and achieve residential and social stability, aligning with sustainable development objectives. He stated that MBRHE is committed to providing flexible and advanced financing options, with this partnership supporting efforts to facilitate access to necessary financing through swift and innovative mechanisms, ultimately enhancing urban development and quality of life in the emirate.

Dr. Adnan Chilwan highlighted the partnership's role in advancing national priorities, reinforcing collaboration with MBRHE, and supporting the Dubai Social Agenda 2033, which focuses on enabling greater housing stability for citizens. He noted that as the UAE's first Islamic bank, DIB is committed to offering innovative, Sharia-compliant, and efficient financing solutions to facilitate home ownership for Emirati families. With enhanced digital connectivity between the two institutions, the partnership is set to streamline beneficiary journeys and elevate processing accuracy, speed, and transparency.
