Dubai: Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded an AED340 million contract to Al Sahel Contracting for the construction of new Riwa apartments at Madinat Jumeirah Living. The project is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
According to Emirates News Agency, the development will consist of three 10-storey residential buildings featuring 244 premium apartments, which include one- to three-bedroom units and a four-bedroom penthouse. This project is part of the ongoing collaboration between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting, which is nearing the completion of the fifth phase of Madinat Jumeirah Living, having successfully delivered four earlier phases.
The design of Riwa is marked by contemporary elegance, with facades that align with the community's signature modern-heritage architecture. The residences are planned to have light-filled, spacious interiors with elevated finishes and thoughtfully designed layouts, reflecting Meraas' vision for sophisticated urban living.
