Minister of Communications, South African Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Discuss Partnership

Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Research, Development and Innovation Authority Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha met here today with Republic of South Africa Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Bonginkosi Nzimande, with whom he discussed strategic partnership between the two countries in research, development, and innovation.The two officials tackled collaboration in innovation oases, the development of digital skills, and expanding technical partnerships between private sector companies and entrepreneurs in the two countries, to further advance innovation.The meeting also covered mechanisms to support the growth of the digital economy and empower entrepreneurs to foster innovation that serves humanity through the use of AI and modern technologies.Source: Saudi Press Agency
