Ministry of Education Launches Nationwide Campaign to Promote ‘We the UAE 2031’ Vision.


DUBAI: The Ministry of Education (MoE), in partnership with the Prime Minister’s Office at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, has initiated a national educational awareness campaign aimed at instilling the values of the “We the UAE 2031” vision in students across various educational levels. The campaign seeks to educate students about the vision’s significance in shaping the nation’s future by focusing on its four main pillars: Forward Society, Forward Economy, Forward Diplomacy, and Forward Ecosystem.

According to Emirates News Agency, the campaign’s goals include fostering principles such as a cohesive society, a diversified economy, international cooperation, and innovation among students. Through interactive discussions, creative projects, workshops, group activities, volunteering initiatives, and constructive dialogue sessions, the campaign encourages students to take responsibility for the UAE’s future. These activities are crafted to help students understand the vision’s core concepts and the importance
of building a society that values education, healthcare, and cultural heritage, while promoting a diverse and innovative economy.

Students will also learn about the UAE’s commitment to global cooperation, environmental conservation, and community involvement. By engaging in diplomatic and environmental roles, the campaign aims to deepen students’ understanding of diversity, inclusivity, and entrepreneurship. Sarah Al Amiri, Minister of Education, emphasized the campaign’s significance, stating that it marks a crucial step in fostering a comprehensive understanding of national aspirations among students, empowering them to play a vital role in achieving these goals. The initiative is designed to shape future leaders and innovators who are well-prepared to contribute to a sustainable and prosperous future for the UAE.

Additionally, workshops have been launched for new educators to prepare educational and administrative staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the vision’s objectives. Omar bin Sultan Al Olama,
Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, highlighted that instilling national values in the new generation is the UAE’s greatest investment. This effort aligns with the government’s dedication to enhancing community participation in national development, a priority since the nation’s inception.

Huda AlHashimi, Deputy Minister for Cabinet Affairs for Strategic Affairs, noted that the collaboration with the Ministry of Education is aimed at increasing students’ awareness of the “We the UAE 2031” vision. The strategy is designed to sustain the UAE’s leadership and excellence through teamwork. By introducing students to the vision, the campaign aspires to motivate them to actively participate in shaping the country’s future and contribute to its sustainable development goals.

The campaign also includes initiatives to develop students’ personal skills, offering opportunities for volunteering and community service. These initiatives aim to enhance students’ soc
ial responsibility and broaden their understanding of societal challenges.
