Abu Dhabi: Sheikha Noor bint Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, a member of the Board of Trustees of the “Make-A-Wish” Foundation, inaugurated the “Wishes Market” exhibition at the Nation Towers shopping centre in Abu Dhabi. The exhibition, which was opened yesterday, will run until 5th December.
According to Emirates News Agency, the opening ceremony was attended by several officials along with the Make-A-Wish Foundation team. Sheikha Noor highlighted the significance of the exhibition, stating that it merges creativity, goodness, and community support. The exhibition features around 16 exhibitors, offering a variety of carefully curated products from Emirati families, including heritage items, accessories, clothing, and perfumes. This initiative allows visitors to engage with unique products and experiences while supporting a charitable cause.
Sheikha Noor further commented on the timing of the exhibition, which coincides with the country’s celebrations of the 53rd National Day. To mark this occasion, the exhibi
tion includes numerous family entertainment activities and traditional Ayala shows. Additionally, a national museum has been set up to showcase the achievements of the union.
Expressing her gratitude, Sheikha Noor thanked the management of Nation Towers for their significant support of charitable and community initiatives. By hosting this market, they are not only supporting productive Emirati families but also providing hope, strength, and joy to sick children and their families during challenging times. The revenues generated will be used to fulfill wishes that make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children.
