Palestinian Succumbs to Injury from Israeli Army Fire Near Nablus

Nablus: A Palestinian on Friday succumbed to his injury sustained from Israeli army fire in Madama town, south of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the General Authority of Civil Affairs reported that Jibrin Ahmad Jabr Qitt, 59, died of his critical injury after being shot by Israeli occupation forces in the town. It was noted that his body was withheld by the occupation authorities.

Amid Ahmad, director of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Center in Nablus, stated earlier that the occupying forces opened fire at Qitt in the town, seriously injuring him. He added that the gun-toting soldiers prevented medics from approaching Qitt.
