Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, underscored the pivotal role of the family as the foundation of society, highlighting its importance in maintaining national identity and social cohesion. His Highness made these remarks while welcoming Sana Mohamed Suhail, Minister of Family, along with other officials, at his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City. The Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, was also present at the meeting.
According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Saud emphasized the UAE's longstanding commitment to empowering families, ensuring their stability, and fostering an environment conducive to raising knowledgeable generations who are proud of their values and contribute to national progress. During the meeting, the Ruler was updated on the Ministry of Family's future strategies and initiatives designed to bolster the status of the Emirati family, making it a central focus of development projects.
Furthermore, H.H. stressed that supporting families is a national priority due to their role in preparing future generations for the UAE's continued growth and prosperity. He also highlighted Ras Al Khaimah's dedication to implementing programs that enhance family bonds and promote social stability.
Sana Mohamed Suhail expressed her gratitude for the support provided by H.H. Sheikh Saud, noting its significance in advancing social work and achieving strategic objectives. She elaborated on the Ministry's recently announced 2025-2027 strategy, which prioritizes family cohesion through integrated policies and programs aimed at achieving work-life balance and building future generations aligned with the nation's goals.
