Ras al khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zoho, a global technology company, to equip its business community with essential digital tools to enhance their operations. The collaboration aims to support RAKEZ-registered businesses by enabling them to adopt Zoho's cloud-based business applications for their operational needs.
According to Emirates News Agency, this partnership allows businesses registered with RAKEZ in the UAE to receive wallet credits of up to US$1,000. These credits will facilitate access to Zoho's comprehensive suite of applications, which cover key business functions such as accounting, invoicing, customer management, human resources, internal collaboration, and reporting. The initiative is designed to help businesses manage core operations more efficiently, reduce administrative workload, and maintain better oversight.
The signing of the MoU took place at Compass Coworking Centre, marking a commitment between Puneet Jain, Chief Strategic Officer at RAKEZ, and Prem Anand, Associate Director and Strategic Growth at Zoho, to bolster the digital capabilities of businesses within the RAKEZ ecosystem.
Ramy Jallad, Group CEO of RAKEZ, emphasized the importance of digital transformation for long-term competitiveness and resilience.
