Ras Al Khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, recently conducted high-level discussions with Foshan’s Mayor, Bai Tao, along with other Foshan Government leaders. The talks aimed to glean insights into Foshan’s development strategies and explore avenues for bilateral trade and investment opportunities, particularly focusing on the ceramics and electronics industries for which Foshan is renowned.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting concentrated on enhancing cooperation in several key sectors, including ceramics, textiles, food processing, and electronics. These industries are significant contributors to Foshan’s economy and represent potential areas for collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah.
During the discussions, H.H. Sheikh Saud extended an invitation to the Mayor and Foshan Government officials to visit Ras Al Khaimah. The invitation aims to foster mutual understanding and encourage further collaborative efforts between the regions.
