The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating in the 56th annual session of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) committee, which is being held in Vienna, Austria.
The Saudi delegation consists of representatives of the National Competitiveness Center, and over 21 experts and specialists from the ministries of foreign affairs, justice, commerce, investment, finance, transport and logistic services, Board of Grievances, Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and Bankruptcy Commission.
The committee is slated to discuss important topics and projects, including texts on the reform of the investor-state dispute settlement procedure.
