Saudi Cycling Federation Nominates Referee Al-Khudair for 2024 Tour de France Femmes

Riyadh, The Saudi Cycling Federation nominated 31-year-old referee Ahmed Al-Khudair to represent the Kingdom in the 2024 Tour de France Femmes, running from August 12 to 18.The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) referee committee chose a Saudi referee among a global panel of 12 referees, under the leadership of Belgium's Luc Herpelinck, the president of the jury, for the annual race.The 2024 Tour de France Femmes promises an exceptional tournament with 22 teams competing in eight stages.Al-Khudair's nomination by the Saudi Cycling Federation aligns with its strategy to nurture and promote Saudi talent for continental and international competitions, showcasing the support dedicated to the sports sector and striving for regional and global excellence and leadership.Source: Saudi Press Agency
