Dubai: Under the patronage of Lt. General H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, the Seamless Middle East 2025 Conference and Exhibition on Digital Economy Technologies is set to launch in Dubai on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
According to Emirates News Agency, the event is organized by the Arab Federation for Digital Economy and Terrapinn International Conference Management, with participation from the League of Arab States. Seamless Middle East 2025 is recognized as the Middle East’s premier event dedicated to the digital economy and technological transformation. It is expected to attract more than 750 exhibiting companies, 800 international speakers, and an attendance exceeding 30,000 participants globally.
Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Advisor to the Council of Arab Economic Unity and Chairman of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy, highlighted that the Seamless Middle East 2025 Conference and Exhibition serves as an international platform for integrating visions and ideas to build an integrated Arab model for digital development. He noted that this gathering in the UAE underscores the Arab region’s commitment to contributing to digital solutions and formulating cross-border policies.
A significant focus of the conference will be the launch of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy’s Strategic Plan 2025-2030. This plan aims to support Arab digital integration and enhance the region’s digital infrastructure. It seeks to stimulate investments in smart digital solutions and announce international strategic partnerships, including cooperation with the People’s Republic of China in digital economy and technological innovation.
Additionally, the conference will announce the winners of the Arab Digital Economy Award (2025), which recognizes innovation in adopting digital solutions in the Arab world. The event will feature over 200 specialized sessions and 70 workshops on topics such as electronic payments, e-commerce, digital identity, financial technology, banking services, and logistics.
These sessions will include experts and decision-makers from both the public and private sectors, establishing the conference as a crucial platform for dialogue and exchanging expertise on the future of the digital economy regionally and internationally.
