Sharjah: Sharjah Media City (Shams) has partnered with Zoho, a global technology company, to aid entrepreneurs and small businesses within the community. This collaboration is a key component of Shams' "Mazeed" initiative, which provides additional services to foster business success.
According to Emirates News Agency, companies registered with Shams will gain special access to a variety of cloud-based tools offered by Zoho. These tools are designed to assist in managing customer relationships, finances, human resources, marketing, and team collaboration. The adoption of these resources aims to improve business efficiency, increase productivity, and facilitate growth.
The partnership extends beyond tools by offering dedicated support programs to optimize the use of Zoho's solutions. This effort aligns with national objectives for digital advancement and the development of a knowledge-based economy.
Rashid Sahoo, responsible for operations at Shams, stated the organization's dedication to empowering entrepreneurs and startups with necessary technical resources. He highlighted the partnership with Zoho as a strategic initiative to cultivate an innovative and dynamic environment.
