The Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the assigned staff and operations at the Swedish Embassy in Baghdad were temporarily transferred to Stockholm for security reasons.
This came according to what was reported by the Swedish News Agency (T.T) today, Friday, on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of its country.

Yesterday, Thursday, the head of the Media and Communications Authority, Ali Al-Moayyed, announced the suspension of the license to operate the Swedish company Ericsson for communications in Iraqi territory, due to its state allowing the burning of the Qur’an and the Iraqi flag.
In a statement, the Minister of Communications, Hayam Al-Yasiri, directed a ban on dealings by the ministry and its formations with all Swedish companies./ End
