Baku:Tropical Storm Trudy has formed in the Pacific Ocean, coinciding with a rising death toll from Hurricane Simon and the remnants of Tropical Storm Rachel. The number of fatalities has reached six due to severe flooding and landslides along Mexico's Pacific coast, as reported by local authorities.
According to Emirates News Agency, Hurricane Simon is currently a Category 1 hurricane and is slowly progressing off Mexico's Pacific coast. It continues to bring heavy rain to the states of Nayarit and Sinaloa. Local authorities in these regions are on high alert due to the risk of rising river levels and potential flooding.
