Tunisian fencer secures 1st medal for Arabs at Paris Olympic Games

Fares Ferjani, of Tunisia, won the silver medal of the sabre completion of Paris Olympic Games 2024 after losing the final to Oh Sanguk, of South Korea, 11-15 on Saturday.Ferjani reached the final showdown after beating the Egyptian fencer Ziad El-Sissy.Today's medal is the first for an Arab athlete at the Olympic Games which opened yesterday.Source: Kuwait News Agency
