Turkish Firm Karmod Completes Container Office Project in Belgium

Limburg: Turkish prefabricated building manufacturer Karmod has announced the completion and delivery of a container office project in the Belgian province of Limburg.

According to Anadolu Agency, Karmod Container Export Manager Muzaffer Dogrul Erguclu highlighted the widespread preference for Karmod’s container offices across Europe, attributing their popularity to production quality, insulation performance, and sealing features.

Erguclu noted that container structures are increasingly being adopted as practical office solutions in Europe, explaining that initial exports to the continent were considered an experience-building phase. However, Karmod has since established itself as a preferred brand across Europe. He emphasized that the company’s growth is a result of sustainable planning and long-term investment, with roof watertightness being a critical aspect of their construction.

“One of the most critical skills in container building production is roof watertightness. With our brand-specific standing seam system, we have achieved a 99% success rate in container roof sealing. We do not compromise on structural quality and safety, using specially reinforced steel construction systems. Insulation applications and electrical installations are designed in line with the standards of the country where the building will be used,” Erguclu stated.

He reiterated that Karmod’s container offices are highly sought after across Europe, with Germany, France, the UK, Portugal, Poland, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Croatia, and Romania among the countries where the company has completed numerous projects. Regarding the latest project in Limburg, Erguclu mentioned that the demountable container structure was transported to Belgium on a single truck, and it will be used as office space by a company in the building materials sales sector.
