The dialogue centered on the military escalation and potential for further instability in the region, specifically addressing the Iranian attacks on the UAE and other countries.
According to Emirates News Agency, Prime Minister Meloni condemned the Iranian aggression on UAE territory, stating that such actions violate international law and the UN Charter. His Highness expressed gratitude for Italy's supportive stance on the UAE's sovereignty and territorial integrity.
Both leaders emphasized the need to protect regional security and stability, urging efforts to prevent any escalation of the conflict due to its threat to both regional and international peace and security.
