Wall Street Stock Indices Close Mixed in Today’s Trading

The major stock indices on Wall Street closed with mixed results at the end of today's trading session.The S and P 500 index finished up by 5.66 points, or 0.10 percent, reaching 5,572.84 points.The Nasdaq Composite index rose by 49.58 points, or 0.27 percent, closing at 18,403.74 points.In contrast, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 31.14 points, or 0.08 percent, ending the session at 39,344.73 points.Source: Qatar News Agency
