The Supreme Judicial Council issued today, Thursday an order to bring in the Chaldean Catholic Patriarch of Iraq and the scholar, Louis Raphael Sako.
According to an official letter issued by the Presidency of the Federal Court of Appeal of Baghdad-Al-Karkh, a decision was issued by the judge of the Karkh Investigation Court, which is specialized in publishing and media cases, to notify "Louis Raphael Moshe" who lives in Al-Mansur district in Baghdad to appear before the court.
