Berri welcomes Lebanese American University President Michel Mawad on farewell visit

House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Monday received Dr. Michel Mawad, President of the Lebanese American University (LAU), at the second presidential residence in Ain al-Tineh. The visit, which marked the end of Dr. Mawad's tenure as president, was attended by a delegation including Dr. Elie Badr, Vice President for Business Development and Global Affairs; Roy Majdalani, Vice President for Administration; and Saad El Zein, Head of Strategic Communications at LAU.The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss various issues, particularly those related to education and higher learning.Source: National News Agency - Lebanon
