A security source reveals details of Hamrin Hills air strike

A security source revealed the details of the airstrike that targeted an ISIS cell west of Hamrin Hills in Diyala Governorate.The source told the correspondent of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The intelligence detachments monitored suspicious movement a few days ago on the slope west of Hamrin Hills, northeast of Baquba, the center of Diyala Governorate."He added: "After intensifying the monitoring and investigation operations and determining the hiding place of the ISIS cell, which consists of four terrorists, a direct airstrike was launched, resulting in the killing of three terrorists according to initial observations."He pointed out: "The airstrike is the sixth this year in Diyala sector, which targeted ISIS hideouts and foot detachments.Source: National Iraqi News Agency
