Ajman’s Real Estate Valuations Hit AED414.2 Million in August

Ajman: The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman reported completing 155 real estate valuation transactions in August, with a total value exceeding AED414.2 million. The comprehensive report highlights the dynamic nature of Ajman's real estate market, reflecting continued interest and investment in the region.

According to Emirates News Agency, Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, detailed that the valuations encompassed residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Notably, residential properties accounted for the largest share, valued at AED168 million. Commercial properties followed closely behind, with valuations reaching AED158.7 million, underscoring the varied investment opportunities available in Ajman.

Al Muhairi further elaborated that the August report included a diverse range of valuation requests. These comprised personal valuations, court and institutional requests, and valuations associated with long-term golden residency permits for investors. The department completed 107 transactions related to these specific requests, with a cumulative value of AED177.85 million. This trend highlights the strategic importance of Ajman as a favorable destination for both residential and commercial investment.
