Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit Unites Developers, Investment Bodies in $57 Billion Infrastructure Drive

Abu dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) on Monday announced a growing coalition of partners for the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS), as Modon, Aldar, Bloom Holding, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA), Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), LEAD Development, Reportage, and Etihad Rail join to advance Abu Dhabi's US$57 billion infrastructure agenda.

According to Emirates News Agency, the summit, held from 12th to 14th May 2026 at the International Convention Centre, ADNEC, Abu Dhabi, reflects a unified commitment to delivery at scale and reinforces the emirate's standing as a stable, pro-investment destination for global partners. Under the theme "The Urban Evolution: Rethinking Cities, Redefining How We Live," ADIS 2026 aims to move beyond dialogue and accelerate delivery, with senior executives from participating organizations sharing their real-world delivery experience.

Aldar plans to demonstrate how digital tools, AI, and smarter construction methods are reshaping large-scale delivery, spotlighting Fahid Island, Abu Dhabi's first coastal wellness destination and the world's first Fitwel-certified island masterplan. Bloom Holding will showcase its expertise in integrated, mixed-use community development, presenting flagship projects such as Bloom Living in Zayed City and Al Metlaa in Al Ain.

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority is set to highlight its digital housing services, delivered through a comprehensive ecosystem integrated with over 36 government and private entities. This initiative sets a new regional benchmark in housing service delivery. The authority will also showcase more than 15 housing projects offering over 25,000 residential units, using augmented reality to present these developments.

ADIO offers global investors access to Abu Dhabi's infrastructure opportunities through its established PPP framework, supporting structured delivery and long-term private sector involvement. LEAD Development will present Jubail Island as a model for sustainable, people-centered master planning. Reportage Group will display a portfolio of residential projects, focusing on accessible fine living at competitive prices.

Etihad Rail, joining as Mobility Partner, underscores the summit's focus on integrated transport infrastructure and large-scale connectivity. Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director-General of ADPIC, emphasized the partners' capability and commitment to enhancing Abu Dhabi's built environment and accelerating its growth.

Bill O'Regan, Group CEO of Modon, highlighted the importance of a sound infrastructure agenda in engineering cities of the future. Adel Albreiki, CEO of Aldar Projects, noted the role of infrastructure in supporting Abu Dhabi's evolution as a desirable place to live, work, and visit. Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, reiterated Bloom's commitment to curating premium communities that deliver quality of life and long-term value.

The coalition is further strengthened by a wide range of government and industry partners, including Abu Dhabi Mobility, Department of Municipalities and Transport, and Environment Agency Abu Dhabi as Government Partner; Etihad Airways as Airline Partner; Trojan Construction as Platinum Sponsor; and SaaS Properties as Networking Partner.
