ADNOC Drilling Shareholders Approve $1 Billion Dividend for 2025

Abu dhabi: ADNOC Drilling Company PJSC (ADNOC Drilling) announced today the approval of a $1 billion dividend for 2025 during its Annual General Meeting (AGM), reflecting the strong financial health and strategic direction of the company.

According to Emirates News Agency, the approval comes after ADNOC Drilling achieved record financial and operational results in 2025, with revenue climbing to $4.9 billion, a 22% increase year-on-year, and net profit rising to $1.45 billion, up 11% year-on-year. Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Chairman of ADNOC Drilling, emphasized the shareholder confidence in the company’s long-term strategy and its ability to generate cash flow through operational excellence and expanded energy services.

Despite the complex regional environment, ADNOC Drilling’s core operations remained unaffected, contributing approximately 90% to the full-year 2025 net income. The company has managed to absorb any potential impacts on its Oilfield Services segment, staying on track with its quarterly performance guidance into 2026.

Looking forward, ADNOC Drilling is poised to support the UAE’s energy capacity expansion, bolstered by strong fundamentals and a disciplined growth strategy. With a robust balance sheet and expanding regional presence, ADNOC Drilling is among the top 10 most profitable companies on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).

The company’s AGM also saw the approval of a final dividend of $250 million for 2025, aligning with its progressive dividend policy. Shareholders can expect a minimum 5% increase in dividends for 2026 and annually through 2030, supported by strong free cash flow.

Since its IPO in 2021, ADNOC Drilling has maintained a trajectory of record performance and reliable dividend growth, focusing on scaling execution capacity, expanding integrated drilling services (IDS), and enhancing its regional and technological capabilities. These efforts are backed by AI-enabled performance improvements and a commitment to safety and sustainable shareholder value.
