Basra crude oil price rises with the rise of global oil

The prices of 'heavy and medium' Basra crude oil witnessed a slight increase, today, Monday, coinciding with the rise in international oil prices.The price of Basra Heavy crude recorded an increase of 8 cents, reaching $79.54, and the price of Basra Medium crude rose by the same amount, reaching $82.41.This rise in oil prices comes as investors await potential signals about interest rate cuts that may begin in September.Source: National Iraqi News Agency
