Dubai:In a strategic move to enhance the support system for Emirati families, the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai and Dubai Health have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This partnership aims to develop joint initiatives and services that support couples preparing for marriage, focusing on reproductive health awareness and access to specialized healthcare services.

According to Emirates News Agency, the collaboration aligns with the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme and the Dubai Weddings initiative, supporting the Dubai Social Agenda 33. This agenda aims to strengthen family stability and quality of life through greater integration among government entities.

The MoU emphasizes initiatives that address the needs of couples through various stages of family formation, including preconception, pregnancy, and postnatal care. The CDA will facilitate referrals for social program beneficiaries to relevant healthcare services, while Dubai Health will offer expertise through its Fertility Center.
