Dubai:Dubai Chambers has entered into a strategic partnership with the Jiangsu Chamber of International Commerce (Jiangsu COIC) to enhance trade and investment relations between Dubai and China's Jiangsu province. This collaboration is formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed at Dubai Chambers' headquarters.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was signed by Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and Wang Shanhua, Chairman of the Jiangsu Chamber of International Commerce. The MoU establishes a framework for long-term institutional cooperation aimed at promoting bilateral trade and investment.
The partnership aims to facilitate the expansion of companies from Jiangsu province, with a focus on those based in Yancheng, into Dubai. It also seeks to support Dubai-based companies exploring opportunities in Jiangsu through initiatives such as business delegations, market-entry support, and B2B matchmaking.
Additionally, the agreement includes potential collaboration on participating in business events and exploring opportunities for organizing joint trade activities. This initiative is part of Dubai Chambers' broader efforts to strengthen connections with trade and economic organizations across China, thereby creating new opportunities for trade and investment cooperation.
