GDRFA Dubai and ‘Nabd Al Emarat’ Join Forces for Volunteer Initiatives

Abu dhabi: The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the 'Nabd Al Emarat' Volunteer Team to enhance the culture of volunteering and unify efforts in supporting humanitarian and community initiatives. This collaboration aligns with Dubai's vision to foster positive values and community engagement.

According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was signed by Major General Awad Mohammed Ghanem Saeed Al Awaim, Assistant Director General for the Human and Financial Resources Sector at GDRFA Dubai, and Dr. Khaled Nawab Al Blooshi, Chairman of the 'Nabd Al Emarat' Volunteer Team. The agreement aims to enhance joint cooperation in organizing volunteer and community initiatives, exchange knowledge and expertise, and expand the positive impact of volunteer work on society.

The MoU seeks to unify efforts in supporting national events and provide necessary resources for their success. Both parties intend to leverage their media platforms to promote these initiatives and highlight their humanitarian messages. This collaboration underscores GDRFA Dubai's role in enabling community partnerships and fostering a culture of volunteering, while 'Nabd Al Emarat' contributes through its expertise and skilled teams.

Major General Awad Al Awaim emphasized that this partnership reflects GDRFA Dubai's commitment to social responsibility and strategic partnerships, which are integral to its institutional model. He noted that cooperation with volunteer teams creates opportunities to support national initiatives and reinforces Dubai's position as a leading global city.

Dr. Khaled Nawab Al Blooshi expressed pride in this partnership, viewing it as a significant step in strengthening the culture of volunteering and unifying efforts to serve the community.
