Abu Dhabi:Zayed Authority for People of Determination, in collaboration with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Abu Dhabi, has celebrated the graduation of seven individuals employed at the Authority's Bee Bakery. These individuals completed a specialized training program in baking and pastry fundamentals aimed at enhancing their professional competencies and developing their production skills.
According to Emirates News Agency, the program included practical training sessions and hands-on activities focused on the fundamentals of baking and pastry preparation. Participants were equipped with professional skills and techniques to refine their expertise and improve workplace performance, aligning with established industry practices.
The training was conducted under the guidance of Chef Ankit Rajak from ICCA Abu Dhabi and Chef Jassim Al Ali from Zayed Authority for People of Determination. This initiative provided participants the opportunity to strengthen their technical knowledge and develop practical skills, thereby enhancing their ability to perform professional responsibilities effectively.
This program is part of the Authority's integrated training, rehabilitation, and employment framework, implemented through the Bee Bakery project.
