Baghdad, Iraq and Lebanon confirmed continued cooperation to combat organized crime, terrorism and drugs.The National Security Chencellry stated in a statement: 'The National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji met in his office with the Lebanese Minister of Interior, Judge Bassam Mawlawi, and his accompanying delegation.'The meeting discussed the latest developments in the political and security situation in the region, as well as a review of the fraternal historical relations that bring together the two brotherly countries and peoples.The meeting also discussed the continuation of joint cooperation in the field of combating organized crime and terrorism and the exchange of intelligence and drugs.Source: National Iraqi News Agency
