Accra:The Ministry of Health in Kenya has announced four new cases of Ebola, increasing the total number of cases to seven, including one fatality.
According to Emirates News Agency, the newly reported cases consist of a relative of the initial patient who succumbed to the virus, as well as three healthcare workers who attended to the patient during their hospital stay.
The Ministry has confirmed that the four individuals are now in quarantine, which has facilitated the early detection of infections and has helped minimize the risk of spreading the virus to their contacts and the wider community.
