NCM Predicts Fair and Partly Cloudy Weather in UAE Over Five Days

Abu dhabi: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecasted that the weather in the UAE will be fair in general, with partly cloudy conditions in eastern regions during the afternoon over the next five days. A gradual increase in temperatures is also expected.

According to Emirates News Agency, from Tuesday, 5 May 2026 to Saturday, 9 May 2026, the NCM outlines specific weather conditions. The forecast includes light to moderate northwesterly winds shifting to southeasterly, with speeds reaching up to 30 km/hr. The sea conditions are predicted to be slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

On Wednesday, the weather is expected to be humid over some coastal areas with fair conditions overall. Clouds may appear eastward by the afternoon. Wind speeds could reach up to 35 km/hr, and the sea will remain slight.

Thursday's forecast indicates fair weather with partially cloudy skies at times. Wind conditions remain similar to Wednesday, and the sea is expected to be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf, while remaining slight in the Oman Sea.

Friday will see fair weather generally, with a slight and gradual decrease in temperatures. Wind speeds may reach up to 40 km/hr, and the sea might become rough by the afternoon in the Arabian Gulf, with slight to moderate conditions in the Oman Sea.

The forecast for Saturday predicts fair weather overall, with occasional dustiness. Wind conditions are expected to cause blowing dust and sand over land, reaching speeds up to 40 km/hr. Sea conditions are forecasted to be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman Sea.
