Qatar Stock Exchange Closes Lower

Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed lower on Thursday with the index losing 23.8 points, or 0.24 percent, to reach 10,053.01 points.During the session, 89,721,207 shares were traded, with a total value of QR 239,244,399.546, in 10,933 transactions in all sectors.Shares of 19 companies increased, 26 companies saw a decline, and six companies maintained their previous closing prices.The market capitalization at the end of the trading session was QR 580,028,629,060.100, compared to QR 580,993,340,671.550 in the previous session.Source: Qatar News Agency
