Muscat: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, arrived in the Omani capital, Muscat, on Thursday. During his visit, the Ruler of Sharjah is set to meet with His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman and will participate in events at the Muscat International Book Fair.
According to Emirates News Agency, upon his arrival at the Royal Airport, His Highness was welcomed by Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court. Accompanying His Highness is a distinguished delegation that includes Sheikha Bodour bint Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah Book Authority, and several other prominent officials from Sharjah.
The visit underscores the strong cultural and diplomatic ties between Sharjah and Oman, with the participation in the Muscat International Book Fair highlighting the commitment to fostering cultural exchange and collaboration.
