Abu dhabi: The United Arab Emirates is actively enhancing its humanitarian efforts to support the struggling healthcare sector in the Gaza Strip with a substantial shipment of medicines and medical supplies. This initiative is generously backed by H.H. Sheikha Mouza bint Suhail Al Khaili, addressing the escalating medical needs in the region.
According to Emirates News Agency, the shipment, valued at over AED 2.7 million, has reached the Gaza Strip amidst a severe shortage of essential medical supplies in hospitals. The convoy includes critical medicines and medical equipment, arriving at a crucial time for healthcare facilities in the area.
This initiative is part of a series of humanitarian actions under Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, a program designed by the UAE to support the healthcare infrastructure, ease the suffering of the local population, and reaffirm its commitment to assist the Palestinian people in facing the ongoing humanitarian challenges.
