Dubai: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, today received several senior officials participating in the World Governments Summit in Dubai. The summit serves as a significant forum for dialogue and cooperation among global governments.
According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed met with Carlos Ramiro Martnez Alvarado, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala, to discuss bilateral relations and mutual interests. They explored ways to enhance their partnership and address shared concerns.
In another meeting, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah engaged with Edouard Bizimana, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration, and Development Cooperation of Burundi. Their discussions focused on strengthening joint cooperation in various sectors, particularly those related to development.
H.H. Sheikh Abdullah also met with Delina Ibrahimaj, Minister of Economy and Innovation of Albania, where they reviewed topics on the summit's agenda and explored potential for economic and trade collaboration between the two countries.
Throughout these meetings, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah emphasized the summit's role in fostering international dialogue, cooperation, and the exchange of expertise. He highlighted the UAE's commitment to supporting multilateral international action and building partnerships founded on sustainable development and innovation, aiming for a more prosperous and stable global future.
The meetings were attended by Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade; Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State; and Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State.
