Manama, The Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs, and Waqf of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, received today the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, who is on an official visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Al Maawda welcomed Dr. Al-Rabiah and the accompanying delegation, emphasizing the deep and historical relations between the two countries, which continually witness evolving developments at all levels under the wise leadership of both countries.
During the visit, an extensive meeting was held to review areas of cooperation and coordination in the field of Hajj and Umrah and to discuss enhancing mechanisms of joint work within the framework of early preparations for the upcoming Hajj season.
Al Maawda expressed profound gratitude to the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the distinguished attention received by the pilgrims of Bahrain and various countries in the Islamic world. He also commended the pioneering initiatives and significant contributions to the development of systems and the professional services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers, namely the Nusuk platform.
